Return & Installation Policy

Upon successful completion of installation and acknowledgement by the client, Direct Factory Kitchen Top Specialist’s return policy shall no longer apply.

All products are deemed accepted once installation is completed and the installation team has left the site.
Any defects, damages, or issues not reported and verified before the team’s departure will not be entertained under our return or replacement policy.

We strongly advise all customers to inspect the installation thoroughly upon completion and highlight any concerns immediately to the installation team on site.
